It was wonderful to be able to work with Mel. She explained clearly the processes involved in the photo session with her and sent through information to allow me to read through it at my own pace. She was always available to answer questions and queries and made it clear that she was happy to clarify information if needed.
During the photo session, she was amazing with my little one (making sure he was settled and comfortable at all times) and made all of us feel comfortable and happy through her clear explanations of what she was doing.
Afterwards she came back and revealed the photo gallery, which she made into a lovely experience. She provided samples of the products available, which made it very easy to select the products I wanted.
The photos she took were absolutely gorgeous and the albums, photos and prints she produced from them are of the highest quality.
The overall experience with Mel was such a delight, I will definitely be following up with another session in the future.
I can’t recommend Mel highly enough. Additionally, I would recommend that if you want quality photos and products with a person who really cares about your experience and provides the best service, then Mel is the person to choose.
